The Sovereign Declaration is the philosophical foundation of the Minnaar Project.

More than words on paper, it is a manifesto of peace through self-rule and voluntary relationship—affirming respect for life, liberty, and property lived in freedom and abundance.

Each Sovereign Declaration Print is a scarce, collectible artwork within the Minnaar Treasury. Every official copy is authenticated with a blockchain-verified Certificate of Authenticity and may be accumulated or exchanged toward other Minnaars, subject to availability.

To display the Declaration is to publicly affirm a commitment to personal responsibility and peaceful coexistence. For many collectors, it is the first act of alignment with the Project’s values.
